Biere De Coupage 2022

An aged sour ale fermented in French oak barrels with our house culture derived from flora local to the brewery then blended with fresh Saison from our Foeder. The combination of which has a soft acidity which works perfectly with the fruity esters of the Saison.

Contains malted barley, rye malt & wheat.

Packaged in Keg and 750ml Bottle
