Description: Inspired by a mutual love of Belgian Trappist Dubbels and strong, dark, mild ales. A base of dark malts and heritage Chevallier malt fermented with Abbaye yeast for rich warming toffee, raisin and fig flavours, complimented with gentle Belgian esters.
